Bloaters boss Rob McCombe has added to his squad ahead of the weeks games vs Diss and Wisbech St Marys, with the addition of 2 players on Loan from Norwich United.

Adam is a young but experienced Full Back who can also add something across the midfield, and has over 60 appearances for Norwich United at a higher level, with over 20 games played in the Bostik League. Alex is a Slovakian 19 year old, who has signed a 2 year contract with the Planters this season, and is a 2 footed quick striker and recently featured for them in the 4-1 win vs Gorleston.

The arrangement suits both clubs as Norwich United look to get the lads some competitive minutes, and the current Injury crisis at the Bloaters has left the management with big headaches, with 7 1st Team players currently unavailable for selection due to injury.

Bloaters Manager McCombe stated “Its a great bit of business to get done right now. Adam is a player I have long admired and rated, and I know how highly Steve and Norwich United rate him and Alex. Both lads have great attitudes and will fit in well with what we are doing at a time we are short due to the current injury list”.

The lads come in as part of a 1 month loan deal between the clubs in what is a busy time for the Bloaters with 6 games in that month. With several players due to miss the next 2-3 weeks with injuries.

Both players will be included in the matchday squad for Wednesdays visit of Diss Town subject to paperwork being finalised.

The club would like to thank Norwich United for their assistance in getting the deals done quickly.
